RaanLink
RaanLink hosts online menu pages for small businesses in Thailand. This page explains what RaanLink is, what it is not, and who is responsible for what you see.
What RaanLink does
- RaanLink hosts the menu page of a shop and gives the shop owner a place to manage their own online menu.
- RaanLink does not sell or supply any of the products or services shown. The shop does.
- Nothing can be bought here. There is no cart, no order and no payment of any kind.
- Because RaanLink is purely informational and no trade takes place on it, it is not an e-commerce service and needs no e-commerce licence.
Prices
- All prices shown are not binding. They are a first overview of what a shop offers.
- Ask the shop for the price that applies today.
No advertising
- RaanLink does not run advertising and is not an advertising service for the shops.
- A shop page is an informational menu for people who already know the shop or found it somewhere else — usually by scanning the QR code in the shop itself.
Who is responsible for the content
- Each shop owner writes and maintains their own page: product names, descriptions, prices and product photos.
- Shop owners change their content themselves, at any time, without any approval by RaanLink. RaanLink does not review content before it is published.
- The shop owner alone is responsible and liable for their own content. This includes the Alcohol Control Act, the Entertainment Places Act, content that may harm minors, and advertising of gambling, which is not allowed in Thailand.
- If a shop page breaks Thai law, that page is taken offline as soon as RaanLink learns of it. Liability for the violation stays with the shop owner.
Personal data (PDPA)
- This site does not collect customer data or personal information.
- There are no public forms: no contact form, no sign-up, no comments, no reviews.
- There are no public user accounts and no way to register. Shop owners get their access from RaanLink directly.
- No third-party service is used, except Cloudflare, which delivers these pages as a content delivery network. No advertising networks, no social media scripts, no third-party fonts, no third-party analytics.
- On a shop page, RaanLink counts how often the page is opened and how often a contact button is tapped, so the shop owner can see how their page is used. This count uses no cookies, no permanent identifier and no stored IP address. It cannot identify a person or follow anyone across websites, and no third party receives it.
- Some product images are generated using artificial intelligence and marked with a small “AI” in the bottom-right corner. These images are illustrative; the actual appearance, portion size and presentation may differ.
- The language you choose is kept on your device so the page opens in that language next time. It holds a language code and nothing else.
